About Me

Where strategy meets people-centered impact and
lasting change

My work lives at the intersection of people, process, and progress. I support small teams—especially in education, nonprofits, and community-rooted businesses—to simplify the complex, clarify the path forward, and build systems that work in real life, not just on paper. I bring over a decade of cross-functional experience in education, business, and nonprofit consulting—with a background in project management, data strategy, and systems design. My work spans from designing professional development tools for educators at City Year to managing over $500k in private and public grants for a middle school charter. I thrive in collaborative environments where trust and transparency fuel innovation. Whether I’m mapping workflows or facilitating a strategy session, I aim to make change feel doable—and sustainable.

As a Transformation Facilitator on the school’s leadership team, I’ve led strategic planning cycles, built custom data systems, and facilitated continuous improvement initiatives that align schoolwide programs with real-time insight and long-term goals.

In both education and business settings, I bridge the gap between strategy and execution—leveraging people-centered design, financial analysis, and collaborative planning to build momentum and clarity.

Whether I’m helping a school leadership team make sense of student data or working with a nonprofit founder to streamline operations, I bring a calm, collaborative approach rooted in systems thinking, equity, and continuous improvement.
